Acting S for S expresses grief over passing of Li Kwan-ha

The Acting Secretary for Security, Mr John Lee, today (January 23) expressed his grief over the passing of ex-Commissioner of Police, Mr Li Kwan-ha, and offered deepest condolences to his family.

Mr Li was appointed Commissioner of Police in 1989. He retired in 1994.
