CE expresses sorrow on passing of Li Kwan-ha

The Chief Executive, Mr CY Leung, today (January 23) expressed sorrow on the passing of ex-Commissioner of Police, Mr Li Kwan-ha, and conveyed his deepest condolence to Mr Li's family.

Mr Li was appointed Commissioner of Police in 1989 and retired in 1994.
