Fatal traffic accident in Sheung Shui

At about 6.10pm today, a bus driven by a 46-year-old man was travelling along Lung Wan Street towards San Wan Road. When reaching near MTR Sheung Shui Station, it reportedly knocked down a 54-year-old man who was crossing the road.
Sustaining serious head injuries, the 54-year-old man was rushed to Prince of Wales Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 10.22pm. The 46-year-old male bus driver was sent to North District Hospital in conscious state.
Investigation will be conducted by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North.
