With Christmas just around the corner, 3-D Christmas pictures are on display at various public housing estates this year to celebrate the festive season with tenants.
 
     A 3-D picture entitled "Christmas Boxes" can be found at Shui Pin Wai Estate in Yuen Long, Shek Yam Estate in Kwai Chung and Lung Hang Estate in Sha Tin. The picture, measuring about 4 metres by 7m, features gift boxes of different sizes and Santa Claus coming out of the ground.
 
     A spokesman for the Housing Department said today (December 21) that, apart from "Christmas Boxes", another 3-D picture, "Snowing Town", is being exhibited at On Tin Estate in Lam Tin, Lee On Estate in Ma On Shan and Sun Tin Wai Estate in Sha Tin, while the 3-D picture "Winter Dream Christmas" is being featured at Kwai Fong Estate and Lai Yiu Estate in Kwai Chung, Ping Tin Estate in Lam Tin and Tin Yiu Estate in Yuen Long and "Fairy Tale Wonderland" is on display at Shek Lei (I) Estate in Kwai Chung and Tai Yuen Estate in Tai Po to bring joy to tenants living at public housing estates.
 
     "In addition, eco-friendly Christmas decorations have also been put up in some public housing estates such as Lai Kok Estate in Sham Shui Po to celebrate the festive season with a green message," the spokesman added.
