Slope Safety | Rock Cavern and Underground Space Development Exhibition to open on November 25

     The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) is currently organising the Slope Safety | Rock Cavern and Underground Space Development Exhibition. Through display panels, video shows, game booths, a display model and an information kiosk, the exhibition will provide information on landslip warnings, precautionary measures and slope maintenance to promote the importance of slope safety. There will also be exhibits to introduce how rock cavern and underground space development facilitates the sustainable development of Hong Kong.

     The exhibition will be held from 11am to 9pm from November 25 to 28 on the G/F, Phase 1, Amoy Plaza, Kowloon Bay. A geotechnical engineer from the CEDD will meet the public from 11am to 1pm on November 26 to answer questions on slope safety and maintenance.
