Fatal traffic accident in Tsuen Wan (with photos)

     Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Tsuen Wan today (November 18) in which a woman died.
      
     At about 3.45am, a taxi driven by a 59-year-old man was travelling along Wo Yi Hop Road towards Lei Muk Shue. When reaching 290-310 Wo Yi Hop Road, it reportedly knocked down a woman.
      
     Sustaining serious head injuries, the woman was sent to Princess Margaret Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 1pm today.
      
     Aged about 60 to 70, the woman was about 1.5 metres tall and of fat built. She had a round face, short grey hair with yellow complexion. She was wearing a yellow short-sleeved top, black dress, a red and white checker hat and she carried a nylon bag with red and white stripes. No identity document was found in her possession.
      
     The taxi driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm after the accident. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries and is required to report back to Police in late November.
      
     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories South is underway.
