The Legislative Council (LegCo) special House Committee meeting will be held tomorrow (November 9) at 9.30am in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex to meet with the Chief Secretary for Administration, the Secretary for Justice and the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs regarding the interpretation of Article 104 of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
