The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government last night (November 3) after the conclusion of the hearing of the judicial review regarding Sixtus Leung Chung Hang and Yau Wai Ching received a notification from the Central People's Government that the question of interpreting Article 104 of the Basic Law has been included in the agenda for the meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.

     “The Department of Justice informed the Hong Kong Court of the notification this morning,” a government spokesman said.
