Next Magazine today (November 2) alleged that "the Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang, had been promoting Qianhai incessantly in the recent months". A spokesman for the Innovation and Technology Bureau clarified that the report was totally unfounded and expressed deep regret about it.
