Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (October 23) that St. Stephen's Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island are temporarily closed until further notice for maintenance of shark prevention net. Red flags have been hoisted at these beaches. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
