CS to visit Guangzhou

While in Guangzhou, Mrs Lam will attend and deliver a speech at the 2016 Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Co-operation Forum organised by Guangdong's Association for Promotion of Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macao. Also joining the Forum will be principal government officials from Guangdong Province and the Macao Special Administrative Region.

Mrs Lam will return to Hong Kong in the evening on the same day. During her absence, the Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, will act as Chief Secretary for Administration.
