Tender awarded for site in Beacon Hill

     The Lands Department today (October 5) announced that the tender for a site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6533 at Lung Cheung Road, Beacon Hill, Kowloon, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, NMC 6 Limited (parent company: Kerry Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $7,268.8 million.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

(2)   Asset Capital Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited)

(4)   Charm City Investments Limited (Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited)
(5)   Clear Gain Investments Limited (Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited)
(6)   Ease Success Limited (Great Eagle Holdings Limited)
(7)   Golden Centurion Limited (Wheelock Properties Limited)
(8)   HLP Asia Limited (Hang Lung Properties Limited)

     New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6533 has a site area of about 21,849 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 19,107 sq m and 31,844 sq m respectively.
