The Police will implement special traffic arrangements on September 25 (Sunday) to facilitate a public event.

     The following special traffic arrangements will be implemented from 7am to 6pm:

Road closure
------------

- Westbound Des Voeux Road Central between Wing Wo Street and Rumsey Street;
- Westbound Des Voeux Road Central between Rumsey Street and Hillier Street;
- Eastbound Des Voeux Road Central between Man Wa Lane and Hillier Street;
- Des Voeux Road Central between Hillier Street and Cleverly Street;
- Des Voeux Road Central between Cleverly Street and Morrison Street;
- Wing Lok Street between Cleverly Street and Morrison Street;
- Eastbound Bonham Strand between Wing Lok Street and Morrison Street;
- The fast lane of Morrison Street between Bonham Strand and Des Voeux Road Central;
- The slow lane of Wing Lok Street between its junction with Bonham Strand and a point about 25 metres of the same junction; and
- Connaught Road West service road eastbound between Des Voeux Road West and Morrison Street.

Traffic diversions

- Vehicles along westbound Des Voeux Road Central heading for Morrison Street will be diverted via westbound Wing Lok Street;
- Vehicles along northbound Morrison Street heading for eastbound Des Voeux Road Central will be diverted via westbound Connaught Road Central, Chung King Road, westbound Chung Kong Road, southbound Western Fire Service Street, eastbound Connaught Road Central and southbound Rumsey Street; or via Jervois Street, Mercer Street, northbound Hiller Street, eastbound Connaught Road Central and southbound Rumsey Street;
- Vehicles along Cleverly Street heading for eastbound Des Voeux Road Central will be diverted via westbound Bonham Strand, northbound Morrison Street, westbound Connaught Road Central, Chung King Road, westbound Chung Kong Road, southbound Western Fire Service Street, eastbound Connaught Road Central and southbound Rumsey Street;
- Vehicles from Cleverly Street heading for Morrison Street will be diverted via westbound Bonham Strand;
- Vehicles from Hillier Street heading for eastbound Des Voeux Road Central will be diverted via eastbound Connaught Road Central and southbound Rumsey Street;
- Vehicles from eastbound Wing Lok Street heading for Morrison Street will be diverted via southbound Bonham Strand, Possession Street, eastbound Hollywood Road, Lok Ku Road and Queen’s Road Central;
- Vehicles from westbound Wing Lok Street heading for Morrison Street will be diverted via Cleverly Street and westbound Bonham Strand;
- Vehicles along northbound Morrison Street cannot turn  right to eastbound Des Voeux Road Central;
- Vehicles along Cleverly Street cannot turn right to westbound Des Voeux Road Central or westbound Wing Lok Street;
- Vehicles along Cleverly Street cannot turn left to eastbound Des Voeux Road Central;
- Vehicles along northbound Hillier Street cannot turn right to eastbound Des Voeux Road Central; and
- Vehicles along westbound Wing Lok Street cannot turn right to northbound Man Wa Lane.

     Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
