Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, at a media session before the Executive Council meeting this morning (September 20):

Reporter: Mr Leung, we have seen over the past 24 hours the top three highest ranking officials offering three different remarks over Wang Chau's plan. What's wrong with the Government?

Chief Executive: Nothing is wrong. As I said, we will come back tomorrow at the press conference after we have gathered all the facts and papers. We will share some of the papers through the media with the public.
