Reporter: Mr Leung, can you tell us, like why are you the head of the inter-department, why have you led this team? And is there any trade-off behind?
Chief Executive: There is no trade-off at all. We are responsible to the entire Hong Kong community in resolving the long-standing housing shortage problem. There are two, at least two, bureaux involved and there are others, and I'll repeat other bureaux. One is the Transport and Housing Bureau and the other is the Development Bureau. There is Wang Chau, just like Queen's Hill, are entirely public housing projects and therefore this is within the remit of the Transport and Housing Bureau. To make the land available, the Development Bureau, including the Planning Department under the Development Bureau, is involved. And as you know, the two bureaux work to the two Secretaries, the Financial Secretary and the Chief Secretary, and therefore it's more appropriate not for any one of these two Secretaries to be in charge of a committee to develop Wang Chau but for the Chief Executive to co-ordinate the work.
