Tender awarded for site in Sha Tin

     The Lands Department today (September 14) announced that the tender for a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 614 at Lai Ping Road, Kau To, Sha Tin, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Rich View Investments Limited (parent company: Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,953 million.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

     Sha Tin Town Lot No. 614 has a site area of about 6,299 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 13,606 sq m and 22,676 sq m respectively.
