Fatal traffic accident in Tai Po

About 4.48pm, a motorcycle driven by a 41-year-old man was travelling along Tolo Highway towards Sheung Shui. When reaching near Tai Po Tai Wo Road, the motorcycle reportedly lost control and rammed into the barriers.
Sustaining serious injuries to his head, the 41-year-old motorcyclist was rushed to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital in unconscious state where he was certified dead at 5.26pm.
Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North Region is underway.
