The Police will implement special traffic arrangements on September 3 (Saturday) to facilitate a public event.

     The following special traffic arrangements will be implemented from 5.30am to 11am:

Road closure
------------

-  The northern section of Edinburgh Place north of City Hall; and
-  The western kerbside lane of the eastern section of northbound Edinburgh Place between City Hall Car Park and the northern section of Edinburgh Place.

Traffic diversion
-----------------

-   Traffic along the eastern section of northbound Edinburgh Place cannot turn left to the northern section of westbound Edinburgh Place.

     Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
