Appeal for information on missing man in Tsim Sha Tsui (with photo)

          Police today (August 29) appealed to the public for information on a man who went missing in Tsim Sha Tsui.
      
          Tong Wai-yip, aged 30, went missing after he lost contact with his family in a shopping mall on Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui on August 20 night. His family member made a report to Police on August 22.
      
          He is about 1.75 metres tall, 64 kilograms in weight and of medium build. He has a square face with yellow complexion and short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing a white short-sleeved T-shirt, black short jeans, blue and white sports shoes, black glasses and carrying a dark green backpack.
      
          Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Persons Unit of New Territories North on 3661 3127 or 6273 5787 or email to rmpu-ntn-1@police.gov.hk, or contact any Police station.
