SHA to depart for ASEAN meetings in Brunei

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will depart for Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, in the afternoon of August 23 (Tuesday). He will attend the Seventh Meeting of the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Plus Three (China, Japan, Korea) Ministers Responsible for Culture and Arts and the Third China-ASEAN Ministers Responsible for Culture and Arts Meeting.

Mr Lau will participate in the meetings as a member of the Chinese delegation led by the Vice Minister of Culture, Mr Ding Wei. Mr Lau will return to Hong Kong on the morning of August 26 (Friday).
