S for IT to leave for Guizhou for Mainland/Hong Kong Science and Technology Co-operation Committee meeting

The Mainland/Hong Kong Science and Technology Co-operation Committee is tasked to organise and co-ordinate technological exchange and co-operation between the two places. The upcoming meeting in Guizhou will be co-chaired by Mr Yang and the Vice Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Yin Hejun.
The Commissioner for Innovation and Technology, Ms Annie Choi, will also attend the meeting.
Mr Yang will return to Hong Kong on Wednesday afternoon (August 17). In his absence, the Under Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Dr David Chung, will act as Secretary for Innovation and Technology.
