Seminar for SMEs on "Team Building through Enhancing Wholistic Health"

     The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Team Building through Enhancing Wholistic Health" on August 31 (Wednesday). The seminar will explain how to effectively enhance the wholistic health of employers and employees through diet, communication and stress reduction skills, with a view to helping enterprises build positive teams.

     The speakers will include registered surgeon Dr Irene Lo; the Chief Executive Officer of Dreams Possible, Dr Chou Wah-shan, and the Chairman of Body Mind Spirit Platform, Dr Simon Chau. The Director of Wellsky Wholistic Health Consultancy, Miss Cynthia Poon, will act as moderator at the seminar.

     The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, Exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.

     Those interested are invited to register with SUCCESS by August 29 (Monday). Due to the venue's limited seating capacity, seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
