Public transport service has gradually resumed normal.
Two reports of flooding and one report of landslide have been received.
As at 12.30pm today, the 1823 Government Call Centre has received 403 reports of fallen trees.
As at 12.40pm, a total of 262 people have sought refuge at the temporary shelters opened by the Home Affairs Department. Twenty-seven shelters are still in operation.
According to the Hospital Authority, as at noon, a total of seven people, including six males and one female, aged between 34 and 90, have sought medical treatment at the Accident and Emergency Departments at public hospitals during the typhoon period.
The Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that around 500 flights to and from Hong Kong are expected to be rescheduled during the period from 6am to midnight.
