       The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 2) that the International Arts Carnival 2016: “Babbling Music Forest” Parent-child Workshop scheduled at 2pm and 4.30pm today at the Hong Kong City Hall Exhibition Hall will be cancelled due to inclement weather.
 
       Ticket holders should produce the original tickets intact for refund. Details will be announced on the website later. For enquiries, please call 2370 1044 during office hours.
