Appointments to Health Care and Promotion Fund Committee

The two new members are Professor David Man Wai-kwong from the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Professor Martin Wong Chi-sang from the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. They succeed Dr Andrew Siu Man-hong and Mr James Leung Wing-yee.
The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr Ko Wing-man, thanked the two outgoing members for their dedication and invaluable contribution to the work of the Committee.
The Committee, chaired by the Secretary for Food and Health, is responsible for providing strategic steer for funding health promotion projects and overseeing the administration of the Health Care and Promotion Fund including the allocation of funds for approved projects.
