Update on a cluster of Norovirus cases at United Christian Hospital

The spokesperson of United Christian Hospital gave the following update today (July 30) regarding an earlier announcement on a cluster of patients with Norovirus in a Paediatric Ward:
The hospital has continued with close surveillance and confirmed one more female patient aged seven months old to have Norovirus. The patient is in stable condition and being treated under isolation.
The case has been reported to the Hospital Authority Head Office and the Centre for Health Protection for necessary follow up. The hospital will continue the enhanced infection control measures and closely monitor the situation.
