Fatal traffic accident in Sai Kung
     Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Sai Kung this morning (July 16) in which a 72-year-old man died.

     About 8.24am today, a taxi driven by the 72-year-old man was travelling along Hiram’s Highway towards Kowloon bound. When approaching near Pak Wai, the taxi reportedly lost control and rammed into the railing.

     The 72-year-old male driver was later found collapsed and was rushed to Tseung Kwan O Hospital in unconscious state. He was certified dead at 10.13am.

     Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East are underway.
