The Electoral Affairs Commission today (June 27) released the final Guidelines on Election-related Activities in respect of the Legislative Council Election.
"The guidelines were updated by the Commission after taking into consideration the views received during a 30-day public consultation exercise that ended on April 1," a Commission spokesman said.
"Those who intend to stand for election are urged to read carefully the guidelines and the relevant electoral legislation. They should also strictly abide by the relevant regulations."
The final guidelines can be downloaded from the Commission's website (www.eac.gov.hk). They are also available at the Registration and Electoral Office and the Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of District Offices.
