The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for two separate three-year licences of the advertising areas at (i) the external walls of Hong Kong Squash Centre, 23 Cotton Tree Drive, and Hong Kong Park Sports Centre, 29 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, and (ii) the Tsim Sha Tsui Interchange Subways and the Middle Road Subway, Tsim Sha Tsui.
The properties should be used for the purposes of installation, operation, management, maintenance and control of the Advertising Display Systems for display of advertisements only.
The tender notices were uploaded today (May 27) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before June 13 this year for the property in Central, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before June 14 this year for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box on the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on June 20 this year for the property in Central, and before noon on June 23 this year for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui. Late tenders will not be accepted.
