Tender result for government property at Trade and Industry Department Tower in Mong Kok announced

The Government Property Agency today (February 19) announced the acceptance of a tender at the price of $5,910 million from Link Monte (HK) Limited, for the disposal of the whole parcel of government property in the building currently known as Trade and Industry Department Tower (formerly known as Argyle Centre Tower II) at 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The accepted tender is the highest bid among the nine bids received for the tender, which was invited on December 11, 2015, and closed on January 8, 2016.
All tenderers and existing tenants concerned have been informed of the tender result in writing.
