Marine Department holds seminar to promote navigational safety (with photos)

Speaking at the opening of the Navigational Safety Seminar 2016 today (January 6), the Director of Marine, Ms Maisie Cheng, reminds coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels to post extra lookouts and proceed at a safe speed when navigating in restricted visibility.
