The Land Registry today (January 6) released its statistics for 2015.
Land registration
-----------------
* The number of sale and purchase agreements for all building units received for registration for 2015 was 76,159 (-6.5 per cent compared with 2014 but +8.0 per cent compared with 2013).
* The total consideration for these agreements for 2015 was $548.65 billion (+0.2 per cent compared with 2014 and +20.2 per cent compared with 2013).
*¡@The number of assignments of building units for 2015 was 96,636 (+5.0 per cent compared with 2014 but -2.3 per cent compared with 2013).
* The total consideration for these assignments for 2015 was $603.01 billion (+23.8 per cent compared with 2014 and +7.8 per cent compared with 2013).
Land search

* The number of searches of land registers made by the public for 2015 was 4,809,259 (+4.8 per cent compared with 2014 and +7.1 per cent compared with 2013).
