Police will implement special traffic arrangements on October 1 (Thursday) to facilitate a public procession to be held in Kowloon.
Traffic lanes on the following roads will be intermittently closed from 1.45pm to 5pm:
- Southbound Cheung Sha Wan Road between Cheung Sha Wan Playground and Wong Chuk Street;
- Northbound Cheung Sha Wan Road between Wong Chuk Street and Boundary Street;
- Southbound Nathan Road between Boundary Street and Jordan Road;
- Westbound Jordan Road between Nathan Road and Canton Road; and
- Southbound Canton Road between Jordan Road and Salisbury Road.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of Police at scene.
