     "Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:

     As the Hong Kong Observatory expects that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 is likely to be issued within the next few hours, classes of kindergartens, schools for children with physical disability and schools for children with intellectual disability are suspended today."
