LandsD takes further enforcement action against unlawful occupation of parts of Tim Mei Avenue, Legislative Council Road and Harcourt Road (with photos)

The Lands Department (LandsD) today (June 24) removed marquees, tents and other property unlawfully occupying unleased land on the pavement of the relevant parts of Tim Mei Avenue, Legislative Council Road and Harcourt Road under the Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 28 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Photo shows officers from LandsD making a final appeal at the scene and urging occupiers to leave the land concerned together with their personal belongings within an hour.
