Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, at a media session after attending the prize presentation ceremony for Eastern District Dragon Boat Race 2015 this afternoon (June 14):
Reporter: Is there a possibility of the reform proposed being passed?
Chief Executive: It isn't a question of possibility for the government including myself. It has always been a question of the Hong Kong Government, myself included, trying our very best to ensure the passage by Legislative Council. It is an important step. It was (is) democracy in electing Chief Executive in Hong Kong.
