Kick-off cum Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Child Development Fund projects (with photos)

During his speech at the Kick-off cum Certificate Presentation Ceremony for Child Development Fund (CDF) projects today (May 9), the Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, said that the CDF had assisted underprivileged children by providing them with guidance, widening their horizons and exposure, and encouraging them to plan for their future.
