The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, paid a visit to the Belgian Comic Strip Center yesterday (May 3, Brussels time). The Deputy Director of the Center, Ms Tine Anthoni (left), shows Mrs Lam (right) the Center's reading library which also contains foreign language versions of Belgian comics like Tintin and Smurfs.   Close
