Exhibition of 25th Anniversary of Basic Law Promulgation opens today (with photos)

The Chief Secretary for Administration and Chairperson of the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee, Mrs Carrie Lam, this afternoon (April 4) speaks at the opening ceremony of the "Exhibition of the 25th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China" at the Hong Kong Museum of History.
