Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Tsuen Wan today (March 17) in which a man aged 58 died.
At about 3.44pm, the 58-year-old man parked his light goods vehicle (LGV) on a slope near 11 Miles, Route Twisk. He reportedly stood behind the LGV after alighting the vehicle. The LGV rolled backward accidentally and hit on him.
Sustaining serious leg injuries, the 58-year-old man was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital in unconscious state where he was certified dead at 4.31pm.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories South, are underway.
