Lift and pedestrian walkway system in Tsing Yi proposed

     To provide a more comfortable, convenient, safe and barrier-free access, the Government plans to construct an elevated pedestrian link connecting Tsing Yu Street and Tsing Yi Road West in Tsing Yi with lifts.

     The suggested works, gazetted today (February 18), are set out in the Annex. The plan and the scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

     The gazette notice and location plan will be available at www.thb.gov.hk/eng/psp/publications/transport/gazette/gazette.htm .

     Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before April 20, 2015.
