Auction result for purchase of former government quarters

The Government Property Agency today (February 5) announced that 10 former government quarters, located in Elm Tree Towers in Tai Hang, Beverly Hill in Happy Valley and Baguio Villa and Pokfulam Mansion in Pok Fu Lam, were sold for a total of $320.2 million at a public auction this afternoon.
