The Hong Kong-Guangdong Joint Working Group on Cleaner Production held its first meeting in Guangzhou today (February 5). The meeting was co-chaired by the Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing (fourth left), and the Director-General of the Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province, Mr Lai Tiansheng (third right).   Close
