The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate three-year tenancies of five shops on Podium Level 2, Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, 32 Lee On Road, Kwun Tong. The tender notice was gazetted today (December 5).
The approximate areas and the permitted uses of the shops are set out below:

Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites have to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before December 22 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box on the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on December 30 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
