The Town Planning Board today (October 31) announced amendments to the approved Shau Kei Wan Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments are mainly to rezone a site at A Kung Ngam Village Road from "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Business" ("OU(B)") to "OU(B)1", with 'Hospital (for "OU(B)1" only)' incorporated under Column 2 of the Notes. Other existing development restrictions, including the maximum plot ratio of 12 and the maximum building height of 80mPD, for the "OU(B)" zone remain unchanged. Opportunity is also taken to update the Notes and Explanatory Statement to reflect the above amendments and to update the general information on various land use zones and the planning area, where appropriate.
The draft Shau Kei Wan OZP No. S/H9/17 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Town Planning Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Hong Kong District Planning Office and the Eastern District Office.
Any person may make written representations in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Town Planning Board on or before December 31. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft Shau Kei Wan OZP No. S/H9/17 are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website at www.info.gov.hk/tpb/.
