The Lands Department announced today (October 8) that a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 601 at Yiu Sha Road, Whitehead, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin, New Territories, in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on October 24 and close on December 5.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 601 has a site area of about 23,500 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 21,600 sq m and 36,000 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by October 24, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
