CE congratulates Hong Kong athlete on winning second gold medal in Incheon Asian Games for Hong Kong

     The Hong Kong Delegation reported another success in the 17th Asian Games Incheon 2014 today (September 24). The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, extended his warmest congratulations to rowing athlete Lok Kwan-hoi, who, in the Lightweight Men's Single Sculls competition of the Asian Games, won the second gold medal for Hong Kong. This is also the first time that the Hong Kong team has won a gold medal in a rowing event at the Asian Games.

     "Lok Kwan-hoi has strived for excellence. Hong Kong people are all very proud of his outstanding performance," Mr Leung said.

     He added that he will continue to give full support to other Hong Kong athletes. He also wished them success in the forthcoming competitions.
