The Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority (SRPA) today (August 27) advised prospective purchasers that, according to the information in the sales brochure for The Wings IIIA (date of printing: August 21, 2014), gas supply pipes are not installed in the kitchens of some of the residential properties in the development. This may imply that flame cooking is not permitted in those residential properties. The SRPA suggests that prospective purchasers ascertain details on which type of kitchen will be provided in the residential properties they wish to purchase.
"The SRPA has advised prospective purchasers to pay particular attention to the descriptions on gas supply for the residential properties under the section for 'Fittings, Finishes and Appliances' in the sales brochure for the development. Prospective purchasers should ensure that they have a clear idea whether the residential properties they wish to purchase have gas supply pipes installed," the SRPA spokesman said.
The SRPA advises prospective purchasers to check with the vendor of the development and/or estate agents if in doubt.
