The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 21) that the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) has classified the water quality at Pui O Beach in Islands District as grade 3, which means the water quality has improved. However, due to big waves, the red flag has been hoisted at the beach. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
