| The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam (seventh left), chairs a meeting between the Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr Zhang Xiaoming (sixth left), and representatives of the Democratic Party at the Central Government Offices this afternoon (August 15) to exchange views on constitutional development. Also in attendance are the Secretary for Justice, Mr Rimsky Yuen, SC; the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam; and the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah.
